King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain presented the ‘Luca de Tena’, ‘Mariano de Cavia’ and ‘Mingote’ awards at the 98th ABC International Journalism Awards at the Casa de ABC in Madrid on the evening of December 17th. The King also gave a speech.
