Royal Ascot 2017- Day 4

For the forth day of Royal Ascot 2017, the Queen was accompanied by Captain David Bowes-Lyon, Mr. Erik Penser, Mr. Thomas Van Straubenzee, Mr. & Mrs.Peter Stanley, Mr John & Lady Carolyn Warren, Mr. John Godsden, Ms. Rachel Hood, Mr. & Mrs.Nicolas Wingfield-Digby, Wing Commander Sam Fletcher, Mrs. Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, and Mr. & Mrs. Charles Butter in the carriage procession from Windsor Castle to the Ascot Racecourse. Also present were Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, and their mother, Sarah, Duchess of York. The Royal Family and their guests spent the day in the Royal Enclosure. On Day 4, the races were the Albany Stakes, King Edward VII Stakes, Commonwealth Cup, Coronation Stakes,  Queen’s Vase, and the Duke of Edinburgh Stakes.

The Queen wore a ‘muted jade’ Stewart Parvin coat with a matching Rachel Trevor-Morgan hat, pairing her customary Three Strand Pearl Necklace with the Jardine Star Brooch.
