Prince Harry’s visit to Singapore and Sydney started in Singapore on June 4th, where he attended an Action for Aids reception and took part in an iftar, the breaking of the fast during Ramadan.
Prince Harry’s first engagement was an Action for Aids reception at Eden Hall, the British High Commissioner’s official residence, where he was given a tour of the AfA Singapore Mobile Testing Van and saw a demo of the Rapid HIV test. The Prince also met with young people to discuss mental health issues and joined the President, volunteers, staff, and donors for tea.
In the evening, Prince Harry took part in an iftar, the breaking of the fast during Ramadan, with young Singaporeans at the Jamiyah Children’s Home. He also watched a silat display.
