The Duke of Cambridge officially launched the Centrepoint Helpline at The Mix. The helpline is the first ever advice service to offer young people who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, a full support service and ensures that young people aged between 16 and 25 are given the right advice and support to help turn their lives around. The Duke met with officials and attended a training session before meeting staff and volunteers and listening to a live telephone call.
