Queen visits Fiji Exhibition in Norwich

Queen Elizabeth II visited the Fiji Exhibition at The Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts in Norwich on January 27th.

The Queen visited the Fiji Exhibition at The Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts in Norwich, where she was welcomed by a large crowd and traditional Fijian warriors. She explored the ‘Fiji: Art & Life in the Pacific’ Exhibition, which is is the largest and most comprehensive exhibition about Fiji ever assembled in the UK, including over 280 objects and works of art on loan from museums across the UK and from the Fiji Museum. The Queen met Fijian Students living in the UK, and unveiled a plaque to mark her visit.

The Queen wore a bright fuchsia coat and a fuchsia and black hat, pairing her customary Three Strand Pearl Necklace with the Queen Mother’s Palm Leaf Brooch.
