Most of the Royal Families around the world have started their Annual Summer Holidays, and many of the European Royal Families have been releasing their Summer photos or posing for photo calls, and unlike previous years, when we featured each one individually, this year, we are rounding them all up in one article. Today marks the Anniversary of the birth of Princess Ingeborg of Sweden and Denmark, who was the mother of Queen Astrid of Belgium, Crown Princess Martha of Norway, and Princess Margaretha of Denmark and is the grandmother and great-grandmother of King Harald V of Norway, King Philippe of Belgium, and Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg. King Harald V of Norway is hosting President Moon Jae-In and First Lady Kim Jung-sook of South Korea, who is on a State Visit to Norway on June 12th and 13th, to celebrate and build diplomatic, economic, and cultural ties. Today marks the 65th Anniversary of the Death of Crown Princess Märtha of Norway, the mother of King Harald, who tragically died of cancer on this day in 1954. While the Norwegian Emerald Parure is probably is most well known contribution to the royal vault, today we are featuring a piece that was made for her but never worn, and is now seen on Crown Princess Mette Marit.
