The Wedding of Princess Marie-Françoise of Bourbon-Parma (wearing the Bourbon-Lobkowicz Tiara), daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Parma (then Prince and Princess Xavier de Bourbon-Parme), and Prince Edouard Lobkowicz, son of Prince and Princess Edouard von Lobkowicz, at the Cathedral Notre-Dame de Paris on this day in 1960, with a plethora of Royal Guests including Hereditary Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg and the Archduke and Archduchess of Austria-Este, which followed a Ball hosted by the Duke and Duchess of Parma (wearing the Bourbon-Lobkowicz Tiara) at the Ritz Hotel in Paris. Prince Edouard and Princess Marie-Françoise had four children, two of whom died tragically young, and remained happily married until his death in died in 2010. Their third son, Prince Charles Henri, is one of my oldest and most loyal Instagram followers, and Princess Marie-Françoise was recently seen at another Royal Wedding in Paris.
