Members of the Danish Royal Family attended the opening session of the Danish Parliament (Folketinget) at the Christiansborg Palace in Copenhagen on October 4th.

Queen Margrethe was joined by Crown Prince Frederik, Crown Princess Mary, Prince Joachim, Princess Marie and Princess Benedikte as they attended the opening session of the Danish Parliament (Folketinget) at the Christiansborg Palace. The Royal Family have no active role during the ceremony and thus observed the proceedings from the Royal Box.
