Oh, the colours! Every time I see a colour photo from this period I get “chuffed” because it is so interesting to see how things actually looked like. One doesn’t quite get the same impression with the black and white photographs (though, obviously, I am very happy to have them as well to enjoy)
I feel the same! That’s one of those aspects through which I choose which events to feature, and some of these photos just bring the events to life.
