King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima at Amstel Concert

King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima of The Netherlands attended the annual Amstel Concert on the Amstel river in Amsterdam on May 5th, for Liberation Day, celebrated to mark the end of occupation by Nazi Germany during World War II.

King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima concluded a few days of Liberation Day events at the Amstel Concert in Amsterdam. Dutch Prime Minster Mark Rutte was also present. The royal couple rode in a barge on the river before taking their seats to view the concert.

Queen Máxima wore Natan wide silk trousers and a floral top with the earrings from the Dutch aquamarine parure and her usual set of bracelets. King Willem-Alexander wore a dark suit with a coral tie.
