Following Pascua Militar, King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain hosted a Reception for members of the Diplomatic Corps accredited to the Kingdom of Spain on January 25th at the Royal Palace of Madrid. The King and Queen welcomed the Diplomatic Corps, after which the King gave his annual speech in the Throne Room of the Palace. Afterwards, the King and Queen attended a Reception in the Hall of Columns.

King Felipe wore morning dress with a deep red tie and the badge of the Order of the Golden Fleece. Queen Letizia wore a pink shirt with a cream blouse and gemstone earrings.
