Queen Elisabeth II hosted a pre-christmas lunch for senior member of her Household at the Goring Hotel in London on December 6th. A drunk intruder tried to interrupt the Queen and her guests, but was let go after being wrestled to the ground.
The Queen hosted the annual private lunch with some of her closest servants and advisors at the Goring Hotel. A drunk intruder ran into the hotel, and was wrestled to the ground, before being inspected and set free. Therefore, to prevent any further incidents, David Morgan-Hewitt, managing director of the Goring Hotel, escorted the Queen to her car.
