Royal Family at Wimbledon 2022

The Royal Family were present at multiple days of the 2022 Wimbledon Championships at The All England Tennis Club in Wimbledon this week, so we are featuring them all in this article. Wimbledon is the oldest tennis tournament in the world and is widely regarded as the most prestigious. The Duchess of Cambridge is the patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.

Prince George has joined the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, for the Wimbledon Men’s Singles Final between Novak Djokovic and Nick Kyrgios on June 10th, with the Duchess presenting the trophy to Novak Djokovic.

The Duchess of Cambridge, Patron, attended the Ladies’ Singles Final at Wimbledon on July 9th, awarding Elena Rybakina with the Venus Rosewater Dish.

On July 8th, the Duke of Kent, Princess Beatrice and Count Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, the Earl of Snowdon, Princess Michael of Kent, and James, Julia, and Alexander Ogilvy were in the Royal Box for Day 12 of the Wimbledon Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, joined by the Duchess of Gloucester, sat in the Royal Box on Centre Court for the men’s singles quarter final tennis match between Serbia’s Novak Djokovic and Italy’s Jannik Sinner on July 5th, before attending the Gentlemen’s Singles quarter-final match between Cameron Norrie and David Goffin.
