  1. Oh, wow! Awesome!!! Queen Silvia wore the King Edward VII Ruby Tiara!!!! She hasn’t worn it in at least 10 years!!! Very cool!!! The First Lady of Finland was as elegant as she always is.

      1. Oh, wow, I didn’t remember that! It’s still too long a wait. They should bring that one out more often than the Steel Cut tiaras they wear all the time. I just can’t get behind the idea of using stainless steel as a tiara, regardless of the workmanship. 🙁

  2. Trust the Swedish Royal Family to get out the bling! I was rather disappointed with the dress-code in Spain (although it was wonderful they kept it white-tie, but I just thought they could have added tiaras and Orders as well) so it was good to see that the tiaras get worn in Sweden when there is a Head of State visiting. The Queen, the Crown Princess and Princess Sofia all looked lovely and very elegant and the gentlemen very smart! Nice to see Crown Princess Margaret’s Ruby tiara worn again as well as it is not worn too often!!
