The Confirmation of Princess Isabella of Denmark (wearing Queen Alexandrine’s Pearl and Diamond Brooch), the eldest son of Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary, at the Fredensborg Palace Church on April 30th, in a ceremony officiated by the Royal Confessor, Bishop Henrik Wigh-Poulsen. Queen Margrethe IICrown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary (wearing the Queen Margrethe’s Antique Turquoise Earrings), Prince Christian, Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine, Prince Joachim, Princess Marie, Prince Nikolai, Prince Felix, Prince Henrik, and Princess Athena were all present to support Princess Isabella.

Following the Confirmation Service, Queen Margrethe hosted a Reception at Fredensborg Palace, during which the Royal Family posed for various portraits with Princess Isabella in the Garden Room, and they then left the Palace to pose for the press, as a group, as a family, with the parents and also individually, and answer a few questions. There was also a Group Portrait with the Godparents, including Queen Mathilde of Belgium and Princess Alexia of Greece.

Princess Isabella was Christened at the Fredensborg Palace Church in 2007, and her godparents include Queen Mathilde of Belgium and Princess Alexia of Greece.
