Dinner at Fredensborg Palace

Queen Margrethe II of Denmark (wearing what look like her Wedding Earrings) was joined by Crown Princess Mary (in the Armed Forces’ new company uniform for women and the star of the Order of the Elephant) as she hosted the Hæderstegnsmiddag Dinner for Army Officers at Fredensborg Palace on the evening of September 26th, the birthday of the late King Christian X. The Queen hosts the alternating annual Dinner for the Army, the Navy and the Air Force, this year for the Army’s Badge of Honour, awarded to employees in the Army who have had 25 years of service in the Armed Forces.
