The Duchess of Cambridge, Patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club (AELTC), and the Duke of Cambridge attended the Women’s Singles Final of The Championships, Wimbledon at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London on July 10th, with the Duchess giving the trophy to Australia’s Ashleigh Barty after she defeated the Czech Republic’s Karolina Pliskova. The Duke of Kent, President of Wimbledon, was also present for the last time before retiring after serving for over 50 years.
