Prince Sverre Magnus of Norway was Confirmed into the Church of Norway in Asker Church, near the family home at Skaugum, on September 5th, by the Bishop of Oslo, Kari Veiteberg, and Bishop Helga Haugland Byfuglien. The Ceremony was followed a private Dinner at Skaugum, which unlike previous Confirmations, there was not White Tie. Due to the current restrictions, only the extended Norwegian Royal Family were present, and unlike his sister’s Confirmation last year, his foreign royal godparents: Queen Máxima of the Netherlands, Crown Prince Pavlos of Greece, Princess Rosario of Bulgaria, were not in attendance.
