— The Prince and Princess of Wales (@KensingtonRoyal) October 31, 2018The Duchess of Cambridge visited the Imperial War Museum in London on October 31st, to learn about the lives of her great grandmother’s three brothers, who fought and lost their lives in the First World War. She toured the First World War galleries and learned more about what her relatives would have experienced during their time on the front line. She was also shown her great-grandmother Olive’s registration card. Olive and her younger sister Anne were both VAD nurses with the British Red Cross during the War. The Duchess viewed several documents relating to her relatives’ experiences, including the brothers’ letters home.
