Queen Juliana (in the Rose Cut Diamond Bandeau) and Prince Bernhard of The Netherlands hosted a magnificent Ball for Crown Princess Beatrix of the Netherlands (wearing the Antique Pearl Tiara) and Claus von Amsberg at the Royal Palace in Amsterdam on this day in 1966, following a Dinner at the Hilton Hotel in Amsterdam, on the eve of the wedding of the Crown Princess and Claus von Amsberg, which was preceded by a Gala Dinner in Delft.
