King Baudouin and Queen Fabiola (wearing the Bandeau Base of the Nine Provinces Tiara and the Wolfers Necklace) attend the Diplomatic Reception at the Royal Palace of Brussels on this day in 1961. This was one of Queen Fabiola’s first royal (and tiara) events since her wedding the previous December.
