Icelandic State Visit to Sweden, 1981

President Guðni Th. Jóhannesson and First Lady Eliza Jean Reid of Iceland will be starting their first State Visit to Sweden tomorrow, and in honour of the occasion, we are taking a look at the State Banquet at the Royal Palace of Stockholm hosted by King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia (wearing the Napoleonic Amethyst Tiara and Parure) for President Vigdís Finnbogadóttir of Iceland during her first State Visit to Sweden in 1981.
