— The Royal Watcher (@saadsalman719) January 12, 2018Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko were joined by members of the Imperial Family, including Crown Prince Naruhito, Crown Princess Masako (who attended this event for the first time since 2003), Prince and Princess Akishno, and Princess Mako for the Ceremony of Kosho Hajime (New Year’s Lectures) at the Imperial Palace of Tokyo on January 10th. The family listened to experts from the fields of human, social and natural sciences.
