Happy Birthday to Prince George of Cambridge! The eldest child of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, his birth came after a three-week long wait during which the media camped outside the hospital. Prince George was christened at the Chapel Royal at St James’s Palace, and is the third-in-line to the Throne, set to become King one day. He has a younger sister, Princess Charlotte, born in 2015, and a younger brother, Prince Louis, born in 2018. Prince George started school in Norfolk in 2015, and started school in London in fall 2017. Prince George accompanied his parents and sister on a royal tour of Poland and Germany, after a tour of Canada in 2016, and though he does not undertake any official duties, Prince George is seen at family events like Trooping the Colour and Christmas at Sandringham, and as been on a few occasions during the Pandemic, most notably the Screening of ‘David Attenborough: A Life On Our Planet’ at Kensington Palace and a Pantomime at The London Palladium, as well as the EURO 2020 Final. Prince George is usually seen at Christmas at Sandringham, Easter at Windsor Castle, and Trooping the Colour as well as a couple of special events every year, like the Platinum Jubilee or the Coronation. We wish HRH a very Happy Birthday and Many Happy Returns!
Since the death of the late Queen Elizabeth II, Prince George has become the 2nd-in-line to the Throne, and also served as a Page at the Coronation of his grandfather, King Charles III, in 2023.
To mark the 10th Birthday of Prince George, the Prince and Princess of Wales have shared a new picture of the Prince, which was taken in Windsor earlier this month by Millie Pilkington

For an in depth look at his life, take a look at our post for his 3rd Birthday HERE.
I can’t believe it’s been 4 years already! When he was born, I happened to be on holiday in Wales. I remember the 6 or 7 guests and I who were staying in a small guest house in the middle of Snowdonia were out in the patio when we heard the news of his birth. In spite of the mosquitoes, we had to be out in the patio to get some air since it was one of the hottest summers in memory! Upon hearing the news, our hostess immediately brought out some white wine and filled our glasses. All of us who were staying there toasted to the wee prince. And what a bonny boy he is!
