Royal Ascot 2017- Day 3

The British Royal Family attended the third day of races at the Ascot Racecourse on the afternoon of June 22nd. Click HERE to keep updated on our Royal Ascot coverage. The Duke of Edinburgh was dispatched from Hospital in the morning.

For the third day of Royal Ascot 2017, the Queen was accompanied by the Duke of York, Princess Royal and Sir Tim Laurence, Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, the Earl and Countess of Snowdon, Mr. John Warren, Mr. Edward Young, Captain & Mrs. David Bowes Lyon, Mr. & Mrs. Charles Butter, and Mr. & Mrs. Peter Stanley in the carriage procession from Windsor Castle to the Ascot Racecourse. The Royal Family and their guests spent the day in the Royal Enclosure. Also present were Zara and Mike Tindall as well as the Countess of Wessex. On Day 3, the races were the Norfolk Stakes, Hampton Court Stakes, Ribblesdale Stakes,  Gold Cup, Britannia Stakes, and the King George V Stakes.

The Queen wore floral dress with a bright pink coat and hat, pairing her customary Three Strand Pearl Necklace with the Small Pink and Diamond Brooch. The Duke of York wore Morning Dress with a Top Hat. The Princess Royal wore a green dress with pearls, a brooch, and a matching green hat. The Countess of Wessex wore a cream dress and hat with her Dior cluster earrings and brooch.

Princess Beatrice wore a blue and black dress with a black hat. Princess Eugenie wore a red dress with a grey hat. Zara Tindall wore a cream dress with a pink hat. The Countess of Snowdon wore a black trimmed white outfit with pearls.
