King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium will undertake a 3-day State Visit to Denmark starting on the 28th, where they will be hosted by Queen Margrethe. In honour of the occasion, we are flashing back to past State Visits between the two countries. Today’s feature is the Danish State Visit to Belgium in 1976. Queen Margrethe reviewed the Guard with King Baudouin, attended a State Banquet (wearing the Pearl Poire Tiara & Parure) at the Royal Palace of Brussels, and hosted a return dinner.
