Prince Louis and Princess Tessy To Divorce

Sad news out of Luxembourg today, The Cour Grand-Ducal announced “Their Royal Highnesses The Grand Duke and Grand Duchess are regretting to announce the decision of Prince Louis and Princess Tessy to divorce.” The Grand Duke and Grand Duchess have asked everyone to respect the privacy of all involved in these sad times. Prince Louis and Princess Tessy were married in 2006, a few months after she gave birth to their first child. She was made a Princess in 2009, and regularly attended Royal events, including the National Day Gala last year, and the Royal Bridges Convergence. The couple have two sons, Prince Noah and Prince Gabriel. They reside in London, but it is unknown what will happen in the future.Princess Tessy released a statement; “I am very sad to confirm that Louis and I are getting divorced after 12 years together. Despite our separation, we will always remain unified by parenthood to our two precious boys. It is extremely sad for both of us to realise that we will walk separate life paths from now on. In these challenging times, I ask for privacy for both of us and especially the privacy of our children to be respected. No further comment will be given at this stage.

UPDATE-Prince Louis and Princess Tessy filed for in London on February 17th on the grounds of ‘unreasonable behaviour’ by Prince Louis.
