The extended British Royal Family gathered a feaw days ahead of Christmas in 1990, to attend the Christening of Princess Eugenie of York at St. Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham, followed by a rare glimpse into the Christening Reception at Sandringham House, which was featured in the the 1992 documentary “Elizabeth R” in which you can also see the Queen recording her 1990 Christmas Speech with Sir David Attenborough.

Two days later, the Royal Family attended the annual Christmas Day Service at St. Mary Magdalene Church, which was followed by their annual walkabout. The Prince of Wales was pictured horse-riding with Prince William and Prince Harry, while Prince Edward was pictured during the annual Boxing Day shoot on the Sandringham Estate.
