Prince Harry in St Kitts and Nevis

Prince Harry spent Day 4 of his Royal Visit to the Caribbean in St Kitts and Nevis. He attended the official welcome, a youth rally, visited a turtle conservation initiative in Nevis, and attended a reception hosted by the Governor General.

Prince Harry attended the official welcome and military parade at Port Zante. He also inspected the guard, before visiting the Half Way Tree Primary School. Afterwards, he attended a youth rally at Brimstone Hill Fortress with Governor General , where he saw traditional dances, heard Caribbean songs and listened to local poetry recitals. Prince Harry also unveiled the St Kitts and Nevis dedication to The Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy Project. He gave a speech, saying, “I feel so incredibly lucky to be visiting St Kitts and Nevis on behalf of The Queen.

Prince harry traveled by boat to Charlestown Pier, where he was welcomed to the island by residents of Nevis. He visited the local turtle conservation initiative on Lovers Beach, before attending a reception hosted by the Governor General at Government House. He met young leaders and people from St Kitts and Nevis including the country’s Chevening Scholars and Commonwealth Youth organisations. Prince Harry also did an Investiture.
