TRH the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge visited YoungMinds, a mental health helpline, in London on August 25th. This was a surprise, unscheduled engagement, after their day in Luton yesterday.

The Duke and Duchess listened to live calls of the mental health helpline, which helps parents of children suffering with mental health problems. Both the Duke & Duchess admitted that like any parents, they both ‘face worries because we’ve got small young children’. Prince William revealed the toll his job as an air ambulance pilot was taking on his emotions. He told the organisers not to tell him sad stories, because he would break down in ‘a flood of tears.’ The royal couple also took a training session, which volunteers of the charity have to go through, before being able to answer calls.

The Duchess of Cambridge wore a new red LK Bennett dress with her Kiki Mcdonough Lauren gold leaf earrings. The Duke wore a navy jacket with sand-coloured trousers.
