Royals from Luxembourg and Monaco were out on August 8th, Day 3 of the Rio Olympics 2016. Grand Duke Henri attended events, while Prince Albert II attended an awards ceremony.
Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg watched and presented the medals at the 400-m-layer swimming finals and women’s cycling. he was also seen at the Qatar vs China table tennis match. Prince Albert II of Monaco attended a ceremony which honoured journalists that have covered the Olympics more than 10 times. The leading award went to Giuliano Bevilacqua, an Italian who has covered 25 Olympic games.
