King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima of The Netherlands visited the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen in Germany on March 6th. The Royal couple annually visit one or more German federal states, with special attention to improving economic relations. Queen Máxima of the Netherlands attended the G20 summit in Buenos Aires from November 29th to December 1st, in her role as a special advocate of the United Nations Secretary General for Inclusive Financing for Development (UNSGSA) and honorary president of the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion Global Partnership for Inclusion Financing. Queen Máxima was born and raised in Argentina.
