Wedding of Prince Manuel of Bavaria and Princess Anna of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg, 2005

The Wedding of Prince Manuel of Bavaria, son of Prince Leopold and Princess Ursula of Bavaria, and Princess Anna of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg, daughter of Prince Ludwig-Ferdinand zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg and Countess Yvonne Wachtmeister af Johannishu, at the Stigtomta Church in Sweden, near her maternal family’s Nääs Säteri estate, on this day in 2005, following a Bavarian ‘Trachten’ party the previous evening. The couple have four children and reside in Germany.

In addition to their extended families, Royal Guests and Relatives in attendance included King Carl XVI Gustaf (in the Order of the Seraphim), Queen Silvia (wearing the Connaught Diamond Tiara), Crown Princess Victoria (in the Baden Fringe Tiara), Prince Carl Philip and Princess Madeleine of Sweden (wearing the Modern Fringe Tiara), Duke Franz of Bavaria, Duchess Elizabeth (in the Douglas Floral Tiara), Duchess Helene and Duchess Maria Anna in Bavaria, Duke Philipp and Duchess Marie-Caroline of Württemberg (wearing the Bavarian Pearl and Diamond Floral Tiara),  the Prince and Princess zu Oettingen-Oettingen und Oettingen-Spielberg (in the Oettingen-Spielberg Tiara), Prince Gustav zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg, Prince Philipp von Hessen, Hereditary Prince Christian zu Fürstenberg, the Prince and Princess von Bismarck, and Countess Gunilla von Bismarck among a host of Royal and Noble Guests from around Europe.
