— The Royal Family (@RoyalFamily) June 29, 2019The Queen and the Prince of Wales, Duke of Rothesay in Scotland, attended a Ceremony to mark the 20th Anniversary of the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh on June 29th. The Mace and the Crown of Scotland were carried into the Debating Chamber in procession to a Fanfare sounded by the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. The Presiding Officer opened the meeting of Parliament and the Queen responded with an address to the Scottish Parliament. Following the ceremonial proceedings in the Debating Chamber, the Queen and Duke of Rothesay attended a reception in the Main Hall and signed the visitor’s book before departing the Scottish Parliament.
