  1. Has there been an official state visit from Belgium to the UK since King Philippe became king? I know they visited, but it was not a state visit. I don’t think they’ve gone to Spain either, but I could be wrong. Maybe there’s hope for one or both of those to happen next year?

    1. The last UK-Belgian State Visit was in 1963, so it’s long overdue! I believe they went to Spain in the 90s, and Spain came to them in 2000, but no visits with the new Kings yet! It’s been announced they will be going to South Korea and Luxembourg in 2019, but I’m hoping for a monarchy incoming visit this year!
