Christening of Prince Stefan of Serbia

Prince Stefan of Serbia, son of Prince Philip and Princess Danica, was christened by His Holiness Patriarch Irinej of Serbia and Bishop Lavrentije of Sabac, who christened Prince Philip and Prince Alexander, at the Royal Chapel of St. Andrew the First-Called in the Royal Compound in Belgrade on December 15h. His godparents are Prince Alexander of Serbia, Mrs. Petra Lazarevic and Mr. Dusan Antunovic. Prince Stefan wore the Christening gown worn by King Peter II in 1923, and was awarded the Grand Cross of the Royal Order of Karadjordje Star (1st class), which is the highest decoration of the Royal House. Royal attendees included Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine, Princess Maria da Gloria of Orleans and Bragança, Duchess of Segorbe, Princess Anne, Duchess of Calabria, and Beba and Cile Marinkovic.

  1. Congratulations to little Prince Stefan! He looked gorgeous in his christening robes. His mother also looked very excellent as well in that shocking pink dress.
