King Constantine and Princess Anne Marie’s Pre-Wedding Gala in Copenhagen, 1964

A glittering Gala Performance at the Royal Opera House in Copenhagen on the day in 1964, one of the many events, including a Farewell Dinner, held in Denmark and Greece before the Wedding of King Constantine of Greece and Princess Anne Marie of Denmark. King Frederik IX (wearing the Order of the Elephant and Order of Saints George and Constantine) and Queen Ingrid (in the Emerald Parure Tiara and Order of the Elephant) were accompanied by King Constantine (wearing the Order of the Redeemer and Order of Saints George and Constantine) and Princess Anne Marie (in the Antique Corsage Tiara and the Order of the Elephant for the first time), and followed by Crown Princesses Margrethe (wearing the Alexandrine Drop Tiara and the Order of the Elephant) and Princess Benedikte (in the Princess Benedikte’s Floral Tiara and Order of the Elephant).
