King Baudouin’s 25th Anniversary Memorial Service

Members of Belgian and Luxembourg Royal Families attended a Memorial Service to mark the 25th anniversary of the death of King Baudouin of Belgium, officiated by  the Archdiocese of Mechelen-Brussels and Cardinal De Kesel, in the Church of Our Lady of Laeken in Brussels on September 8th. King Philippe, Queen Mathilde, and Grand Duke Henri were accompanied by Princess Astrid and Prince Lorenz, Prince Laurent, Prince Amedeo and Princess Elisabetta, Princess Luisa Maria, Princess Maria Laura, Prince Louis, Prince Nikolaus and Princess Margaretha, Princess Marie-Astrid, Princess Maria-Anunciata, Prince Josef-Emmanuel, Prince Guillaume and Princess Sibilla, Prince Paul-Louis, Prince Léopold, Princess Charlotte, Countess Louis-Arnold de Looz-Corswarem, Archduke and Archduchess Charles-Christian and Marie Astrid, Princess Léa, Princess Maria-Teresa de Bourbon, Count and Countess Jean-Charles Ullens de Schooten Whettnall.

  1. King Baudouin was a much loved and respected monarch, but he was also much loved and respected by his family. I’m sure he would be very proud of the job his nephew King Philippe and his wife Queen Mathilde are doing. I just know he’s resting in peace.
