Queen Elizabeth II (wearing Queen Alexandra’s Kokoshnik Tiara and Brazilian Aquamarines with the Order of the Gold Lion of the House of Nassau) and Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg (in the Order of the Garter) arrive for the State Banquet at Buckingham Palace in honour of the Grand Duke and the Grand Duchess, on the first day of their State Visit.

The following evening, the Grand Duke (wearing the Order of the Garter) and Grand Duchess (in the Belgian Scroll Tiara and Emerald Peacock Necklace with the Order of the Gold Lion of the House of Nassau) hosted a glittering Return Banquet for the Queen (wearing the Vladimir Tiara with the Order of the Gold Lion of the House of Nassau) and Duke of Edinburgh (in the Order of the Gold Lion of the House of Nassau), as well as the Prince of Wales (wearing the Order of the Oak Crown) and Princess Anne (in the Halo Scroll Tiara and the Order of the Oak Crown) at Claridges Hotel.
