Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attended a reception hosted by the Prime Minister of Australia celebrating the upcoming 2018 Invictus Games Sydney at the Australian High Commission in London on April 21st. Prince Harry and Meghan heard about plans for this year’s Games in Sydney, and met a number of UK and Australian servicemen and women, some of whom have experience of competing in the Invictus Games. Prince Harry is a Founder and Patron of the Invictus Games, which are the only international sport event for wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women. It is expected that the couple will attend the Invictus Games in Sydney this October, which will see over 500 competitors from 18 nations compete in 11 adaptive sports.
