Happy Anniversary to Prince Nikolaus of Liechtenstein and Princess Margaretha of Luxembourg, who got married on this day in 1982 at the Notre Dame Cathedral in Luxembourg.   1. I am surprised that they were allowed to marry in Lent. Does anyone know why? The wedding dress and headpiece, while very suitable for this Bride, are very much indicative of the 1980’s. Ruffles galore!
