King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima of the Netherlands attended the premiere performance of the ‘Ode aan de Meester’ Ballet at the National Opera & Ballet in Amsterdam on September 15th.

King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima of the Netherlands attended the premiere performance of the ‘Ode aan de Meester’ Ballet. The performance was a tribute to permanent choreographer Hans van Manen, on the occasion of his 85th birthday.

King Willem-Alexander wore navy suit with a pale blue tie. Queen Máxima wore a red and blue patterned gown with a statement necklace and and hoop earrings.

  1. I love Queen Maxima, but I’m sometimes baffled by her fashion choices. Yesterday she was the epitome elegant chic and tonight I just don’t know. I honestly don’t know what to make of her outfit for this event. The print and the color scheme in the front are lovely. The rest of it, not so much. But, she always has such a lovely attitude with everyone, which is the important part!
