Duchess of Cambridge visits the King’s Lynn Cub Scouts

The Duchess of Cambridge took part in a special King’s Lynn Cub Scout Pack meeting to celebrate the Cubs’ 100th anniversary at North Wootton in Norfolk on December 14th. They played games, did first aid training and iced ‘Cub’ cakes.

The Duchess of Cambridge joined the King’s Lynn Cub Scout Pack as they took part in games and activities themed around looking after yourself and others physically and emotionally. The activities included a parachute game to encourage teamwork and cooperation, first aid training and ‘Cub’ cake icing. The Duchess also joined them to renew their Cub Scout promise and to celebrate the Cubs’ 100th anniversary with the lighting of 100 candles and a rendition of happy birthday.
